Funny Friday!

This was TOO great not to share...

We're enjoying temps in the 70's and working in the flowerbeds...so nice to be outside & make the yard look alive again!

Happy Friday & don't forget about the Oscars Sunday...we've got our party foods planned out!

I noticed as I came home last night...dishes in the sink...kids in bed with their day shirts on...homework (oops)...

at least they had fun! ;) I've read this before and I couldn't help but laugh...it's oh so true! Have a good weekend...enjoy the Oscar's!! They are fun to watch!

This is hysterical! Can you imagine if they really did a reality show like this- it would be a hit! Hope you guys have a great weekend- weather is beautiful and we have also been outside almost all day. Unfortunately, that means that the breakfast dishes are still in the sink, clothes in the washer still need to go in the dryer, etc...

the good thing the sun shines here just about every single day... no joke... so it is cold AND pretty!

hello again.. couldnt find an email but wanted to reply! seems we have a lot in common. we moved here from texas (loved it while we were there-about an hour north of austin). 2 boys (14, about 13) and a girl (just 10). glad to meet you! :)

I love that! So funny, and sadly so true! I never thought about doing the "culture" thing around the Olympics, what a great idea! You asked how I ended up in Texas? I married a Texan 13 years ago who was too homesick while we lived in CA. Now, I'm the homesick one but I do love it here!

I'm ready to get the yard in shape too. I wish our rock work were done so I could get busy making the front flower bed pretty. Such beautiful weather to be out in right now.
